“Never give up on what you really want to do. The person with big dreams is more powerful than one with all the facts.” — H. Jackson Brown Jr.
You can dream all you want, but without the facts it’s really hard to succeed.
True. But that’s not the point.
The point is, many things were considered impossible before they were done. The people who declared them impossible were full of “all the facts”.
When you’re so sure of your facts that you’re not willing to consider other possibilities, you shut yourself off from those possibilities.
If one’s big dream is that important to them, they’re not going to simply try to make it happen without being somewhat informed of the facts and ways to go about making it happen.
There will always be people full of facts that will tell you it can’t be done. If anyone who ever accomplished anything great in life had listened to those people, where would we be?
