Thank you Eye-Fi!

Eye-Fi gets my sincerest thanks this morning for featuring me on their blog (and as “Zero the Adventurer — nice touch).

If you’re not familiar with Eye-Fi, they create SD storage cards that have built-in wifi. When inserted into a camera and used in combination with my HTC EVO (as a wireless hotspot), I’m able to automatically upload images directly from my camera to the internet anywhere I have a data connection.

With my new Canon Powershot S95 camera that I use for on-the-go snapshots, I’m able to shoot RAW+JPG images in my camera, and uploading the JPGs almost immediately, but having the RAW files that I can edit, if desired, later on.

If this tech sounds interesting, be sure to look them up!

I have been nothing but impressed with Eye-Fi’s products & support. They are great people offering a great product!

Be sure to visit Eye-Fi Card on Facebook, too!
